Некоторые характеристики образа жизни и их влияние на репродуктивное здоровье

Аннотация

В статье приведен анализ взглядов исследователей, касающихся влияния факторов образа  жизни на репродуктивное  здоровье. Рассмотрены потенциально изменяемые факторы образа  жизни – возраст, курение, вес, диета и физическая активность. Имеются убедительные доказательства  того, что возраст, вес и курение влияют на общее состояние здоровья  и отрицательно влияют на репродуктивную функцию. Изменение образа жизни полезно для общего здоровья и для репродукции.
